Why I Created This Workshop
This workshop came from my own journey of feeling disconnected from my energy, clarity, and well-being—and learning how to rebuild, one small step at a time.Through years of studying mindset, mindfulness, and the science of neuroplasticity, I discovered how to gently rewire old patterns and return to balance. I also realized that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—but there are core practices that support everyone’s mental and physical health.Inside this workshop, I’ll share five of the most impactful shifts that helped me reset, reconnect, and feel like myself again.
